Practice Manager
Mark has a long and successful leadership and management career in health care, both commercial and NHS across primary and secondary care. Mark is a keen musician and can often be found performing around the country and abroad.
Sara Davison RGN
Nurse manager
Sara Joined the practice in 2006 She is responsible for leading the nursing team and works within the management team to provide a safe and effective clinical environment for our patients and staff.
Diane Rankin
Finance and recall manager
Diane works closely with the Practice Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice’s finances. She also oversees the day-to-day operations of the Recall Team, ensuring its smooth and efficient running.
Secretaries
The secretaries are responsible for processing all hospital referral letters and the administration of insurance company medical reports, DSS, county council reports, etc.
Care Navigators
The care navigator team working in reception are here to help you and are your first point of contact with the rest of the healthcare team. They have a busy role and we ask you to bear this in mind when you are waiting for assistance. Any information that you give to the care navigator team will always be treated in the strictest confidence as they are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.
