Sara Joined the practice in 2006 She is responsible for leading the nursing team and works within the management team to provide a safe and effective clinical environment for our patients and staff.
Diane Rankin
Finance and recall manager
Diane works closely alongside the practice manager and is very involved in the day to day running of the practice, including information technology and data accuracy.
Secretaries
The secretaries are responsible for processing all hospital referral letters and the administration of insurance company medical reports, DSS, county council reports, etc.
Receptionists
The patient services administrators working in reception are here to help you and are your first point of contact with the rest of the healthcare team. They have a busy role and we ask you to bear this in mind when you are waiting for assistance. Any information that you give to the patient service administrator staff will always be treated in the strictest confidence as they are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.
