Dr Alistair Smith

Dr Smith has an interest in respiratory and musculoskeletal medicine. He also undertakes minor surgery procedures. He is the practice Adult Safeguarding lead and helps to run the local GP postgraduate medical education programme. He is also part of the medical team for Forest Green Rovers FC.

Dr Anne Hampton

BM BS MRCGP DRCOG DFFP – Nottingham 1990

Dr. Anne Hampton is a salaried GP at the surgery, working five sessions a week. She enjoys all aspects of GP work, with a particular interest in women’s health and supporting elderly patients to flourish. Anne also has an interest in training the next generation of doctors – both medical students and Postgraduate trainees. Outside of work she loves to get out and about in the beautiful Stroud Valleys.

Dr Natalie Brown

MB ChB – University of Leicester 2007

Dr Brown joined us as GP Registrar 2012-2013.  After that she frequently worked with us as a locum GP, and in April 2016 joined the practice to work 6 regular sessions each week.

Dr Clare Oliver

MB ChB MPhil (Child Health) MRCGP PGCE Med Ed – University of Liverpool 2016

Originally a GP registrar with Locking Hill 2021-2022 now a salaried GP with interests in women’s and child health. Also runs the medical student teaching programme for the University of Bristol students attending the practice.

Dr Kathryn Sauven

MBChB Hons DRCOG MRCGP MSc Tropical Medicine & International Health. Birmingham 2005.

Dr Sauven joined the practice in 2021, she has an interest in skin and minor surgery.

Dr Mark Seaman

BSc (Hons) MBBS MRCPI MRCGP – Norwich Medical School 2015.

Qualified locally as a GP in 2022 with an interest in dermoscopy, lifestyle medicine, and also enjoys teaching.

Dr Jane Kelly

MBBS, MRCPCH, DRCOG, MRCGP

Qualified from St Bartholomew’s and The Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2005 having completed an Intercalated degree at UCL in Genetics and Childhood Cancer. Trained as a Paediatrician at Evelina Children’s Hospital and in 2008 transferred to Bristol Children’s Hospital. 

Switched to General Practice in 2013 but has continued with a keen interest in Paediatrics and Obstetrics.  

Dr Rebecca Atkinson

MBBS Peninsula School of Medicine and Dentistry 2012, MRCGP

Dr Atkinson joined the practice in 2023. She has an interest in the care of the elderly. She is interested in training medical students and junior doctors.
